Screen printing in Siena...
Our last summer in Siena was in 2019 for friends & family and was a brilliant screen printing experience enjoyed by all. Covid then came along so we had to cancel last year. Hopefully, (maybe) this year we will be organising another! The Studio Giuggiolo is close to the San Marco Gate and only twenty minutes from Il Campo in Siena. My student friends on the previous year were from various courses at Creative Arts, UWE where I have been teaching for many years. We also had a few home printmakers. Accommodation is conveniently close to the Studio Giuggiolo. These visits also give you a flavour of life in Italy and this beautiful city, Wednesday morning is Siena Market and time to explore the sites this beautiful gothic city has to offer. It's a great chance to learn the language and meet many locals as we are also members of the 'Snail Contrada'. This summer (2023) will be my first summer school since Covid hit.
